Esco Glazing & Construction was created in 2009, through a working partnership between Dave Cronin and Mario Lopata, both of whom have worked in the building and construction industry since the 1990s. Based in Potters Bay we work across the surrounding areas of London and Hertfordshire.

Over the past decade or so, Esco Glazing & Construction has built a reputation for the quality of their work and the conscientious dedication of their workforce.

Based in Potters Bar, Hertfordshire, the company has now expanded to six dedicated teams, offering a start-to-finish service for homes and properties within the M25 area, and throughout the northern Home Counties. All Esco Construction teams are accredited by Gas Safe, CHAS and NICEIC.

MEET THE OWNERS

Dave Cronin

Dave Cronin is responsible for the running of Esco Glazing & Construction, and for planning and project management, including quotations and finance.

Dave describes himself as ‘a construction man, through and through’, having been in the building business all his working life. When he does get some spare time, Dave enjoys long country walks.

Mario Lopata

Mario is in charge of all day-to-day construction matters, including overseeing the trades teams and making sure that the clients’ instructions are satisfied, and that every job is progressing according to plan. A lover of cycling, Mario also enjoys exploring and nature.
